Q: What if I have received my QR Plaque and my QR code is not working?

A: Make sure your QR code plate is free of debris and that your phone is properly scanning your QR code. Make sure your QR code is not being blocked by reflective surfaces or anything else that may interfere with your phone reading your QR code. After you have exhausted these options, and the QR code is still not working, email us at help@qrlifecodes.com and we will follow up to help you resolve the issue.
