A: Adhesive: Peal the 3M adhesive paper off the back of your plaque. Then, place the QR plaque flat, either vertical or horizontal, on the surface of the headstone. Make sure the surface is dry before placing into its permanent position. Make sure when placing your plaque, the QR code side is in a clear and readable position to scan.

A: Screws: Take your stainless-steel plaque and place it flat on the surface of the stone you would like to screw. Line up the holes in position with where you would like to place your QR plaque. Once lined up, drill through the stainless-steel holes into the stone with your diamond screws. After the holes are drilled in place, place your QR plate back in line where the holes of the plate line up with the ones you just drilled. Then, take your screws and use either your drill or screwdriver to put them through the plate and secure them in the holes you just drilled to hold your QR plate in place.
